Pianist Maurice Mo Egeston's Late Night #Grooves Series features a range of guest artists in trio and quartet settings most Saturdays at The Dark Room. Each show features 2 sets of music that blends the improvisational aesthetic of jazz with the groove elements of soul, funk, r&b, house, hip-hop, drum & bass, Latin and more. Featured artists combine their original music, arrangements and set list favorites with originals and reworks by Mo, and are supported frequently by members of Mo E All-Stars/ Mo E Trio along with other rhythm players from the STL scene.
