Mo Egeston

Late Night Grooves was a weekly music series developed by pianist and composer Mo Egeston as a part of his inaugural class residency with Kranzberg Arts Foundation.  Featured artists were vocalists and instrumentalists from the #STL soul, jazz and #groove scene with an emphasis on residents from the Kranzberg Arts Foundation Music Artist in Residence Program.
 

The night featured musicians who are influenced by jazz but also embrace a groove based approach to composition and arranging. Artists that blend styles such as nujazz, hiphop, soul, drum and bass, electronica, funk, Latin, house and more.

 

Mo currently performs every 6-12 weeks with Mo Egeston All-Stars featuring his original music, reimagined favorites and collaborations with like minded St. Louis based artists at regional clubs and festivals.  Sign up on the mailing list to keep up with the latest!
