Late Night #Grooves- Saturdays 10PM Dark Room at The Grandel
Pianist Maurice Mo Egeston's weekly Late Night Grooves event features a range of guest artists in trio and quartet settings playing 2 sets of jazz influenced soul and original music, frequently supported by members of Mo E All-Stars/ Mo E Trio
June 23 it's the return of Alphonso Phonzeito Harried as a part of the Mo E Collective. The Mo E Collective showcases the instrumental side of the Late Night Grooves roster and will feature drummers, keyboard players and horn players from the STL jazz, soul & groove scene. Featured artists will include musicians who are leaders themselves, Dark Room regulars and musical friends from Mo's past collaborations. Eventually featured artists will have the opportunity to showcase their originals and arrangements along side a mix of originals and reworks from Mo's set list.
