The new expanded Late Night Grooves series officially begins with Mo E All-Stars Trio featuring Mario Pascal! Mo Egeston's Late Night Groove Series will now feature trios and quartets with a wider range of guest artists and familiar faces giving Mo the added flexibility of additional musicians each week.
Mario and Mo are definitely two branches of the same musical tree, with collaborations including concerts at the Kranzberg Arts Center, Mario and percussionist Duane Williams' project Mario Y Jingo and most recently Mo's 25 Years Later concert at The Sheldon.
Saturday May 27 will feature 2 sets of originals from Mo and Mario as well as reimagined underground soul and roots with influences of jazz and Latinmusic.
Sharing a love for all things deep, underground and soulful great grooves abound when this crew combines to get down!
