Sunday Sessions begin tonight at the former Balaban's redone with respect to tradition by Jeff and Aaron from Monarch.
Urban Groov Project. The meeting of two creative forces, two bandleaders, two genre benders and stylistic innovators. Composer and Horn man Lamar Harris joins pianist and producer Mo E (formerly of Urban Jazz Naturals, Vargas Swing and mo & dawn) to bring forth the next generation of soul-jazz driven dance and groove music.
After years of respecting each other's work from a distance the union of these two unique minds brings you the all new Urban Groov Project.
An urban blend of soul, electronica beats, jazz improv and house music.
