The All-Stars will be backing Mathias for a special set of live original Hip Hop followed by a set of Mo E original music and arrangements. When Mathias and Mo Egeston first crossed paths live bands were the focus in the STL. We all went to hear our favorite DJs ....AFTER...our live sets. And somehow we managed to get past that .....style thing.Live jazz/soul/funk based house and live band focused Hip Hop rocked the stages of the Pageant and many other old school venues more than a few times, and often on the same bill.Just listen to Mathias' new album if you need some references. And now we have Lola. Looks like the live music Soul of STL is on the way back...Mathias and the All-Stars hit around 10:30.After that the All-Stars will do a set and somewhere in there and after that SirCuz will rock the party. Yup...you should be there.
